Defective products on RARE occasions lemons or mistakes happen will be replaced for up to 30 days. If the defective product is no longer available, a refund may be issued.
Refunds are NOT generally issued. Special situations are examined on a case to case basis.
In any circumstance, Shipping and Handling fee is non-refundable.
Buyer MUST pay return postage for any return reason, no exception. In return, we will pay the postage for shipping back the item to you.
