אני מוכר באיביי מזה מספר חודשים
עשיתי הפסקה של מספר שבועות
ולפני יומיים או שלשה ניסיתי לשוב ולהעלות מכירות
וקיבלתי את ההודעה הבאה…

עכשיו...לא קיבלתי שום הודעה מאיביי שבה הם מפרטים מדוע החשבון הושעה.
כמובן ששלחתי להם הודעה למרכז העזרה שלהם והם הבטיחו מענה תוך 48 שעות.
עברו 72 שעות ובנתיים אין מענה.

מה עושים?

מישהו?

אני באמת לא יודע מה לעשות
כתבתי לאיביי שוב והם עדיין לא עונים, והחשבון כמובן עדיין מושעה.

מה עושים?

אין הרבה מה לעשות חוץ מלפנות אליהם ולברר מה קרה.
יכול להיות שאלו לא היו ימי עסקים (חגים, סופ"ש וכו’.

חכה עוד יומיים-שלושה ועדכן אותנו.
