was denied, you should contact the card issuer directly using the phone
number on your card or billing statement. It’s the best way to quickly
resolve the issue.
Before you contact your card issuer, make sure your card balance is high
enough to make the payment, and that your payment does not exceed the
credit card monthly limit set by the issuer.
